Toulaye brings years of dedicated workers’ compensation defense experience to the MSKW team. For years, she has been committed to defending insurance carriers, third-party administrators, self-insured employers, and public entities in workers’ compensation matters across California. Known for her ability to efficiently resolve cases before trial, Toulaye prides herself on a proactive, resolution-focused approach that saves clients both time and money.

Throughout her practice, she has successfully handled all aspects of workers’ compensation defense, including depositions, settlement negotiations, and appearances at mandatory settlement conferences and hearings. Her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and deep understanding of California’s workers’ compensation system allow her to provide clients with timely and strategic legal advice tailored to their needs.

Toulaye earned her bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University in Economics, where she graduated with honors. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent Law, where she developed a strong foundation in advocacy and legal writing. During law school, she participated in the Intellectual Property Journal and Criminal Law Clinic.

Outside of work, she enjoys baking, reading, building Lego's, and watching documentaries. Toulaye especially enjoys spending time and travelling with her husband and son.
