Robert has over 11 years of workers’ compensation defense experience. He has extensive trial experience and has obtained numerous favorable decisions for clients. However, he believes the best claim defense starts before one is filed. He works closely with employers on instituting “best practices” to position future claims for the strongest defense achievable and educates on pitfalls in the California Labor Code.
Robert graduated valedictorian of his class at Western State College of Law in Fullerton, California. During law school he served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Nancy Wieben-Stock and was published by Law Review. He received his bachelor’s degree from University of California, Riverside in Political Science/Administrative Studies.
When not working, Robert enjoys spending time with his family—his beautiful wife, Megan, two sons, and their mischievous cat, Nightwish. Robert’s hobbies include learning to cook, hiking, and lawn maintenance (AKA golf).
