RÉMY MENDELSOHN

Licensed to practice in California and Hawai‘i, Rémy's legal experience has been exclusively within the field of workers' compensation since she began practicing law in 2012. Her vast experience includes having represented injured workers to defending Fortune 500 companies in the aerospace, transportation, retail and logistics industries. Rémy incorporates a comprehensive and thoughtful approach to each case, emphasizing early and regular communications, strategic planning, and a proactive mindset to facilitate expeditious claims resolutions.

Rémy earned her Bachelor of Arts in History, with honors, and a minor in Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis School of Law (King Hall) where she was published in and served as an Associate Articles Editor for the UC Davis Law Review.

Outside of the office, Rémy greatly values nurturing community bonds and philanthropy. She dedicates much of her time to serving on Boards of Directors, including the Alameda Health System Foundation. Rémy also enjoys baking and cooking for friends and family, gardening, dabbling in golf and exploring the world with her husband and three adorable daughters who are thankfully now all out of diapers.
