MIRIAN CHAVEZ

Mirian is a workers’ compensation defense attorney experienced in representing employers, insurance carriers, self-insured, and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation. She has successfully handled a wide range of claims, including high-exposure cases involving occupational disease. She is committed to delivering efficient, results-oriented representation that align with each client’s risk management goals.

Mirian earned her bachelor’s in political science and business economics from the Cal State Long Beach. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School, where she was Managing Editor of the Southwestern Journal of International Law. During law school, she externed at the District Attorney’s Office in the Compton Juvenile Dependency Unit where she prepared motions, legal memorandum, and collaborated with the attorneys in legal strategy.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
