CEYDA CAN AKSOY

Ceyda brings an international background and a client-focused approach to the MSKW team. She is committed to providing efficient, resolution-oriented representation in workers’ compensation defense matters across California, representing insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers.

She has experience handling all aspects of workers’ compensation defense, including depositions, settlement negotiations, hearings, and trial preparation. Known for her attention to detail, Ceyda focuses on achieving favorable outcomes while minimizing costs and delays for clients.

Ceyda earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Cologne in Germany and was admitted to the California Bar in June 2024. She earned her LL.M. degree from the Antonin Scalia Law School and graduated at the top of her class. Fluent in four languages, Ceyda combines her academic training and international experience to offer clients a well-rounded legal analysis and perspective.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two orange tabbies, gardening, baking sourdough bread, and travelling.
